Mikko "Kukkis" Pennanen
Founder
Mikko Pennanen is a versatile professional in the speaking world, with years of experience in the field and a burning passion for IT system maintenance. He is a nerd through and through, whose special expertise also includes Google search engine optimization and advertising.
As one of the founders of Verbal Oy, Mikko brings technical expertise and marketing skills to the team — abilities that complement each other perfectly. In the Salesforce world, Mikko has seen a wide variety of sales and customer service processes, and now he gets to put all that experience to full use himself. He has learned how important it is to serve customers well and to always keep the promises that are made. This is one of the core values that also guides his work at Verbal.
In addition, Mikko has over 20 years of experience in clown performances with the Jerobeam Salakyttä Team, where he is known as Kaaleppi “Kukkis” Kukkakeppi. With Mikko, laughter is often closer than you’d expect, and a playful twinkle in the eye is more the rule than the exception.
