Camilla Tuominen is a versatile expert who uniquely combines business, psychology, and visual expression. She is an emotion coach, doctoral researcher at Turku School of Economics, non-fiction author, illustrator, and former startup entrepreneur and management consultant.
Camilla previously worked as a management consultant and project manager until 2012, when she made a career pivot after realizing that future competitiveness is built on emotional skills. This insight led her to found the Emotion Tracker startup, which she led as CEO until the company was sold in 2019.
Camilla has trained hundreds of organizations in Finland and abroad, including in Madrid, Dublin, Prague, and Stockholm. Her clients have included Kone, If, Fortum, Stora Enso, LähiTapiola, Accountor, Salesforce, Microsoft, Nordea, F-Secure, Silmäasema, Sanoma Media Finland, and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. She appeared at Nordic Business Forum in 2018, and her popular TEDx talk has inspired audiences widely.
