Emma Kimiläinen

Emma started her career at the age of three and competed in her first official karting race at just five. Over more than three decades, Emma has built extensive experience across different forms of motorsport, from karting and Formula series to sports and GT car series and, most recently, powerboat racing.

In 2024 Emma expanded from race tracks to open water by joining NFL legend Tom Brady's Team Brady in the UIM E1 world championship series, which uses all-electric foiling powerboats. Emma and her teammate Sam Coleman were crowned the series' first world champions in history, demonstrating their commitment, skill, and perseverance in a new arena as well. Emma has a multi-year contract with Team Brady for the E1 series, so her fast-starting powerboat career will continue in the seasons ahead.

Beyond her racing career, Emma Kimiläinen is known as a media personality. She served for many years as the head judge on Finland's Worst Driver, reached the semifinals of Dancing with the Stars with Matti Puro in autumn 2023, and appeared on Masked Singer in spring 2024. She was also heard as a radio host on Radio Nova and Suomipop from 2015 to 2022.
