Who is Henri?

Henri "Henkka" Hyppönen is an internationally sought-after speaker and thinker known for his boundary-breaking way of combining technology, creativity, and the human sciences. He is Younite AI's head of innovation and one of Finland's most awarded speakers—he has received the Speaker of the Year award three times.

He has been among the top five speakers repeatedly since 2011. Henri's career has moved at the intersections of media, business, and art.

Henri has written six books, the most recent of which, Creation Story Zero Latency and Which of Us Is Normal?, explore co-creativity between humans and AI and the concept of normality from a neurodivergence perspective. His work has taken shape in international corporate projects with partners such as Rolling Stone and Ford, as well as artistic collaborations such as an AI-based reinterpretation of Philip Glass's opera The Photographer for the Finnish National Opera.

Henri Hyppönen is known for the idea that the future cannot simply be predicted—it must be designed. He helps organizations understand how AI can support creativity, strategy, and human potential.
